Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Veya, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable platform rules. If you do not agree, do not use Veya.
If you use Veya on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
The Veya Service
Veya provides daily affirmations, customizable widgets, reminders, reflection tools, saved content, and optional AI-powered companion features through supported devices and platforms.
Features, availability, content selection, and access limits may change over time and may vary by device, platform, region, subscription plan, or app version.
Accounts and Eligibility
Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use Veya only where you are legally permitted to do so.
Your Content
You retain ownership of affirmations, reflections, profile content, and other material you submit to Veya. You grant Big Whale Ltd. a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, store, and display that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and that you have the rights needed to submit it. Do not submit content that infringes rights, violates privacy, or is harmful, abusive, deceptive, or illegal.
Widgets and Reminders
Veya may provide widgets, notification reminders, alarms, and other device-level experiences. Their delivery and timing can depend on your device, operating system, permissions, network conditions, and platform restrictions.
You are responsible for choosing settings appropriate for your circumstances. Veya does not guarantee that any reminder or widget will appear at a particular time or without interruption.
Veya Companion
Veya Companion provides automated supportive and reflective responses. It is not a substitute for qualified professional advice, emergency services, or crisis support.
You remain responsible for how you use any response. Do not rely on Veya Companion for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.
Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
Paid features may be offered through one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions. Pricing, billing cadence, trial terms, and renewal conditions are presented before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the rules of the app store or payment provider that processed the purchase. Refunds, cancellation timing, and payment disputes are governed by the applicable provider rules and mandatory law.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Veya through unauthorized access, interference with the service, automated scraping, reverse engineering except where law expressly permits, resale of restricted access, circumvention of limits, or attempts to obtain other users’ information.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the service is at risk, or use may harm Big Whale Ltd., users, or third parties.
Intellectual Property
Veya, its software, design, branding, interfaces, and service materials are owned by Big Whale Ltd. or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Veya in accordance with these Terms. They do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying intellectual property.
Third-Party Services
Veya may depend on or link to app stores, payment providers, authentication providers, AI services, analytics services, and other third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers and Liability
Veya is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability of every feature.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Whale Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of Veya or inability to use the service.
Changes and Contact
We may modify Veya or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
